I’ve been just about everywhere over the years, and this shop stands above the rest. Daniel has worked on multiple vehicles for me, and every time his work has been outstanding. The pricing is very fair, the communication throughout the service is excellent, and he always takes the time to explain exactly what’s going on so I understand my options. Paul auto and collision is the best mechanic and collision center in Tampa !! Daniel’s expertise on cars and great customer service along with great availability and price u can’t beat it. I was involved in a head on collision and I brought my vehicle to Daniel and Pauls auto and they revived and restored my car like new!! Along with that any repairs and services I needed Daniel helped me and fixed anything that was of concern. This will be my go to mechanic shop for as long as I live in Tampa and I recommend the same to anyone who needs a honest fair and amazing mechanic shop!

Felt I got significantly better service here than at the dealership; appreciate that they don’t just fix the surface level problem but dig to the root cause so that it doesn’t reoccur. Dropbox for after hours drop off and pick up is super convenient.

Daniel did a great job working on my truck. He was very detailed and thorough with all his work and kept me updated along the way. Their pricing is very reasonable, especially for the high quality results they delivered. They did a full inspection with pictures, so I know what upcoming maintenance needs to be done. They were able to diagnose it And send me a link with all the other services they recommend with photos of their findings and prices so I can easily approve or deny the services. Paul was so fast to come to our rescue. Out of town and broke the back glass while visiting the ship memorial. He immediately took the car in and fixed it to close properly then sealed the window area with plastic. It would’ve been a hot, Wet ride the rest of the week until we go home. To go or not to go: Most definitely go!! We all know the angst of bringing a car for repairs to a new place. My experience was fantastic. Everyone was so attentive from the front staff to the mechanic who actually called me himself to see what was going on with the car. The communication was great and the car works wonderful. I will be bringing all the family cars here from now on.

I’m so happy that I took someone else’s advice and brought my vehicle to Paul’s Auto and Collision Repair for an alignment. This is a family owned business and they treat their customer’s like family here. The owner, Daniel who I believe is the grandson of the original owner (Paul) took the time to explain what was happening with the rear suspension of my vehicle causing excessive tire wear and exactly what was needed to be replaced in order to perform a proper alignment. I’ve been coming to Paul’s since 2010 for alignments. I’ve always had a car with after market rims and tires. The tires were low profile so the slightest bump throws it off. The customer service has always been awesome. When I purchased my BMW I was looking for a mechanic that was a carfax reporting shop to handle what I didn’t have done at the dealership.
